ogif is a tool that edits GIFs you provide. You are responsible for the content you upload, paste, or import, and for the edited results you create, share, or post.

You agree that

• You own, or have the rights/permission to edit, any GIF you bring into ogif.
• You will not use ogif to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates or depicts a real identifiable person without consent.
• You will not attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or content safeguards.

Our rights

We may refuse, remove, or stop processing content that violates this policy, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. We rely on the source content's rights holders to be respected by you; ogif does not grant you any rights to third-party content you bring in.
